Digg!

I came across this, this morning over at Brighthand.  Not just another WM phone out of HTC.  These guys just keep churning these PDA phones out and some are very innovative!  Here is one example:

I like this! This is truely a phone first, with the ability to do so much more with the slide out keyboard! This is a very functional design and one that I WILL watch!  Now I am not ready to leave my Treo just yet, but if I was, this is the type of design I would migrate to!

Also, courtesy of pdaclub.pl, they are showing pictures of a BRAND new device with another Brand new design from the folks at HTC.  Codenamed the Athena, this one has been rumored pretty strong for the last couple of days.  It looks like its running WM05, but several speculated it would be running a slimmed down version of Vista. Chech this one out:

I am not sure this will be a big hit, but it gets an A from me for imagination.  Detachable keyboards could be handy for certain users, but with the price of this unit expected to be around the $2000 mark, I would probably go for one of the UMPC devices that are starting to show up with regular frequency. If your looking for Ultra-mobile, this one is innovative, but probably isn’t a complete solution like some of the full blown Windows systems that are out there for right around two thousand.  Anyway, I found this one interesting
