I have this "habit". I am an early riser! typically anywhere between 4:00 and 5:30. I am just built that way. I like to blame it on my parents who were raised on farms. So as I am typing this, its 4:13 AM. Let me Clarify. Its 4:13 in Northeast TN. What makes this really bad is, its 2:13 in Colorado Springs where I am at right now. I am certainly still on my North East Tennessee Timeline! I made the comment last night that I would probably die shortly after we ate a meal, as I really hadn't had much to eat all day . . . . That very thing happened and I was probably asleep by 8:00 Colorado time. No real pictures to speak of yet. The mountains look nice and there is some snow on them. It snowed here most of the day yesterday, but the temp was sitting right above freezing, so by the time I got here, the ground was damp and you could see the snow in the higher elevations. I will see what I can do about grabbing some shots today and uploading. Lets see . . Somehow or another I forgot toothpaste and a razor. No big deal. This supernice double-tree hotel is right across the street from a big shopping center, that has a Target and an Officemax. The Wi-Fi network here is not much. Skype refuses to sync up and most of the time it takes a good 10 minutes before I can even access the web. But take Wi-Fi out of the equasion and the room is sweet! We are on the bottom floor, with access to the parking lot, and about 40 feet from the main lobby. In the lobby is a starbucks, and quite a few other stores. There is a "computer" room but I doubt it has Wi-Fi. I am looking for something high speed that I can use to access Skype, and let Eric and Jane Ann Video call one another. Eric's plans are to stay with me until he leaves on Sunday. He has stated he wants to eat good and lay around before he heads to Iraq. For our last night together, we were hoping to watch Tennessee and LSU play, but its looking doubtful, as Eric will have to spend some time on base Saturday night. So if you came here looking for my typical mobile stuff that I usually write about and all you see is family boring stuff, cheer up! I have a new toy that I will be putting to the test! I bought a GSP unit and I will be relying on it to navagate me from Colorado Springs to Tennessee. I downloaded new updates Monday, and am ready to put this thing to the test. OK, over and out for now. I am going to try to go back to sleep. And if I can get some co-operation out of this network, the next update will include pictures and possibly some movie clips . . . Until then, here are some pictures of the room taken at 2:30 in the morning.
